We advise you not touch the treated areas for 6 hours, and avoid swimming, sun beds, spray tanning, or taking Ibuprofen or any blood thinning medication within 24 hours preceding treatment, as they can increase the risk of bruising.
Also avoid alcohol for 7 days after the treatment and try to minimize caffeine consumption for the week.
For every caffeinated beverage, balance this diuretic with a glass of water.
Drink plenty of water 2 - 2.5 litres of water per day, particularly for 7 days following treatment. It is SAFE to use the sauna and steam room - we actually encourage sweating after treatment with lemon bottle!
Best results are achieved when a dense whole food diet is followed for at least seven days after treatment. Absolutely no carbs after 7pm.
Avoid excessive saturated fats and high carb intake for the week following treatment, as these choices can hinder the treatment's effectiveness by promoting lipid cell retention and formation.

Shave the treatment area the day before or the morning before the treatment. Leave all jewelry at home. Drink plenty of water on your scheduled days of procedure (1 to 2 Liter for best results). Refrain from alcoholic beverages, caffeine and fatty foods during the treatment regimen.
Exercise is not recommended on the day of treatment.
