Wood Therapy Treatment – Body Contouring & Lymphatic Support in LA

Wood Therapy uses specially designed wooden implements to apply targeted pressure that breaks up stubborn pockets of cellulite and moves liberated fat cells toward the lymph nodes for natural processing. By stimulating the lymphatic system, this treatment facilitates a natural flush of cellular debris and stored toxins — optimizing your metabolic rate, addressing disproportionate bulges, and smoothing “orange-peel” skin texture.

Wood Therapy works especially well as a complement to lymphatic drainage massage for post-op clients in Los Angeles looking to accelerate their contouring results.

Doll Me Up – Customized Post-Surgery Care in Downtown Los Angeles

Advanced technology for faster healing after your lymphatic drainage massage and wood therapy sessions. We’ll customize your package based on your desired results — combining treatments like cavitation, infrared heat therapy, and skin tightening into a personalized post-surgery recovery plan. Recommended for fibrosis. Consultation required.

Post-Op Rejuvenation Touch-Up – Los Angeles

Using Vacuum Therapy’s suction and release pressure, this treatment reduces cellulite, breaks down stubborn tissue, and moves fat toward the lymph nodes. Combined with Wood Therapy to smooth any lumps of tissue left behind from surgery, and Radio Frequency to firm and tighten the skin — this is the complete package to snatch your body back into shape after surgery. Session is 60 minutes.

Filler Massage – Post-Injection Lump & Bump Treatment

Lumps and bumps after filler injections are completely normal — and the good news is they can be effectively treated with gentle massage once the initial swelling subsides. At Shaped Secretz, we recommend waiting 5–7 days after your needle injections before beginning filler massage. A compression garment should be used during this process to help reduce swelling and bruising.

Plastic Surgery Recovery Guide – What to Expect in Downtown Los Angeles

Your recovery journey depends on several factors — the type of surgery, the invasiveness of the procedure, your body’s natural healing process, and how carefully you follow your doctor’s post-care instructions. At Shaped Secretz in Downtown Los Angeles, we provide a comprehensive list of post-care recovery guidelines to take you through every step of the process.

  • It’s important to have a good friend, family member, or loved one there to take care of you for the first 48 to 72 hours after surgery.  You’ll need someone to wake you for your medications, help you to the bathroom, prepare your food for you, and to be there in case there is an emergency.
  • Take your pain medications. If your doctor has prescribed antibiotics, be sure to take them. Finish the entire course and do not skip pills.
  • You’ll want to eat light during the first 24 hours after surgery, but be sure to eat something, even if it only consists of a few bites.  Taking medications on an empty stomach can cause nausea and dizziness.
  • Be sure to drink plenty of water.
  • It is extremely important that you take short walks every 1-2 hours in your home up until bed-time to prevent clots in the legs.  We want this to start THE NIGHT OF SURGERY!
  • Take your temperature regularly.  An elevated temperature could be a sign of an infection.
