Welcome to Shaped Secretz. We are committed to providing a relaxing, professional, and results-driven experience for every client. By scheduling an appointment, purchasng a service, or receiving treatment at Shaped Secretz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. To ensure the highest level of service, we ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for your service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or the need to reschedule if there is insufficient time to complete your service safely.
Your beauty and body sculpting treatments are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and respectfully ask that you honor our scheduling policies.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee based on the scheduled treatment. Clients who fail to show for their appointment without notice may be charged up to the full cost of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay future appointments.
Our appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. When an appointment is missed or canceled without sufficient notice, we lose the opportunity to serve other clients who may have been waiting for that appointment. In addition, many members of our team work on an on-call basis and may travel specifically to the studio to provide your scheduled service.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide exceptional service to all clients.
Certain appointments, packages, promotional offers, or specialty treatments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation.
Deposits are applied toward the cost of your scheduled service. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled outside of the required notice period, the deposit may be forfeited.
We understand that unexpected delays happen. If you anticipate arriving late, please contact us as soon as possible.
Depending on our schedule, we may be able to accommodate your appointment. However, arriving late may reduce the length of your treatment to avoid delaying clients scheduled after you. If there is not enough time to safely complete your service, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and cancellation fees may apply.
Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final.

Completed services
Packages
Memberships
Promotional specials
Gift certificates
Deposits
Products that have been opened or used
Results from body sculpting, massage therapy, lymphatic drainage, fat dissolving treatments, facials, and other wellness services vary from person to person. Individual outcomes depend on numerous factors, including lifestyle, hydration, diet, exercise, medical history, adherence to post-treatment instructions, and individual body response.
Because treatment results cannot be guaranteed and services are performed immediately upon your appointment, refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with results or changes in personal circumstances.
If you have concerns regarding your treatment, we encourage you to contact us within 72 hours of your appointment. We are committed to client satisfaction and will review your concerns to determine whether a follow-up appointment, adjustment, or alternative solution is appropriate at our discretion.
By scheduling and receiving services at Shaped Secretz, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
Package sessions, memberships, promotional pricing, Groupon vouchers, and discounted services are non-refundable, non-transferable unless otherwise stated, and may have expiration dates.
Unused sessions have no cash value.
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical information before receiving any treatment.
Certain conditions, medications, surgeries, pregnancies, implants, or medical concerns may prevent you from receiving specific services. Shaped Secretz reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is determined that a service may not be safe.
Our services are intended for cosmetic and wellness purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
While many clients experience excellent outcomes, individual results vary significantly.
Shaped Secretz cannot guarantee specific weight loss, inch loss, fat reduction, skin tightening, lymphatic drainage outcomes, or aesthetic improvements.
Following all pre-care and post-care instructions is essential for achieving the best possible results.
To help maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you:
Turn your cell phones and electronic devices to vibrate or silent upon arrival.
Speak quietly while inside the studio.
Inform your technician or massage therapist if you need to take or make a phone call.
Please note that excessive phone use during your appointment may interfere with the effectiveness of your treatment and may reduce the available treatment time.
Shaped Secretz reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who:
Arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Displays inappropriate, abusive, or threatening behavior
Fails to comply with studio policies
Provides false medical information
Presents a condition that may make treatment unsafe
The safety of our staff and clients remains our highest priority.
While every effort is made to safeguard your belongings, Shaped Secretz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought into the studio.
From time to time, before-and-after photographs may be requested to document treatment progress. Photographs will only be used for educational or marketing purposes with your written consent. Declining photographs will not affect your ability to receive services.
By receiving services at Shaped Secretz, you acknowledge that you understand the potential risks and benefits associated with your selected treatment.
You voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation in services and release Shaped Secretz, its owners, employees, independent contractors, and affiliates from liability for ordinary risks associated with cosmetic and wellness treatments, except where prohibited by law.
Shaped Secretz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
By booking an appointment, purchasing services or products, or receiving treatment at Shaped Secretz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including our Appointment Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, and all studio policies.
This version is client-friendly while giving your business stronger protection. I also recommend adding a separate Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, and Consent to Treatment page to further protect Shaped Secretz and comply with common website and client intake standards.
